Payment for pre-orders is taken immediately at the time of pre-order or later if a payment in installments has been made. The amount charged corresponds to the price of the product at the time of pre-order.
What are the advantages?
Pre-ordering is a service that allows you to purchase your product in advance and receive it as soon as it’s released. Since these products are often available in limited quantities and are usually sold out on the day of release, pre-ordering remains the best way to ensure you get the item.
Note
If your order contains both in-stock items and pre-order items, your order will only be shipped once all items are available. We recommend placing two separate orders. This will allow you to receive the available items immediately, without waiting for your pre-orders to be released.
Updates Communication
Delivery times for pre-orders are given as an indication and are based on information available at the time of pre-order. Delivery times may be subject to delays beyond our control, such as manufacturing or transportation issues. Pre-order Cancellation
Customers have the right to cancel their purchase within 14 days of pre-ordering the product. To cancel a pre-order, please contact our customer service team by email at SAV@coyotemag.fr. Please note that any cancellation beyond the legal reflection period of 14 days following order confirmation will incur cancellation fees equivalent to 25% of the order value.
