Description

Products available on order are items that are available in Japan.
How does it work? 
When you place an order, we immediately order them from our suppliers in Japan, so delivery times may be extended compared to “normal” orders. You should expect a delay of between 6 and 10 days instead of the usual timeframes.

Please note
If your order contains both in-stock items and items available on order, your order will only be shipped once all items are available. We recommend placing two separate orders. This will allow you to receive the immediately available items without waiting for your on-order items to arrive.

Communicating updates
Delivery times for on-order products are provided as estimates and are based on information available at the time of ordering. Delivery times may be subject to delays beyond our control, such as transport issues. We are committed to keeping you informed of any changes regarding the delivery times of your order. Regular updates will be provided to you via email.

Cancellation of on-order products
Cancellations are not possible once the order has been placed with our suppliers in Japan. For orders outside Japan (figurines, French manga…) please contact our customer service within 12 hours by email at SAV@coyotemag.fr. Please note that any cancellation beyond the legal reflection period of 14 days following order confirmation will incur cancellation fees equivalent to 25% of the order value.
